We are thrilled to bring again our brand-new events to St Albans Cathedral — a truly unique celebration of creativity and community for both our brand new Summer Artisan Market (already sold out) and our Christmas Artisan Market in 2026!

Now in its second year running, we bring together an inspiring artists’ exhibition and a curated Christmas Artisan market in the nave under one roof. Visitors can explore original artworks, meet the makers, and shop for one-of-a-kind creations, all within the stunning, historic surroundings of the Cathedral.

We can’t wait to welcome you to this exciting new milestone for Pop Up Creative Events for 2026 — where tradition meets innovation, and community comes alive.

Saturday 7th November – Christmas Artisan Market

70+ artisans in the nave plus 22 artists in the North Transept.

Along with Children’s choir and food in Abbots Kitchen cafe.

Free entry but please register via event brite so we know how many will be attending – tickets will only be on sale after July 2026 but here’s the link.

We are also running a smaller Summer Artisan Market in the North Transept for the very first time (where the gorgeous stained glass window is) on sat 18th July with up to 22 beautiful stands 11- 3pm. Don’t miss out on this lovely summer event.
